코로나 시대의 성인학습자 대상 온라인 평생학습 수업모형 개발 및 적용 연구 - 대전시민대학 사례를 중심으로 -
본 연구는 성인학습자 대상 평생교육 프로그램을 중심으로 온라인 수업모형을 개발 하고 실제 평생교육기관의 강좌에 시범 적용하여 효과성을 평가하는 것을 목적으로 하 였다. Design-based research 접근법에 의거, 교수설계 연구진과 평생교육기관 강사진 이 협력하여 중부권 평생교육기관 대전시민대학의 2020학년도 가을학기 온라인 강좌 운 영을 위한 체계적 교수설계모형을 적용하는 실천적 과정을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 강 의·대화형, 창작·표현형, 실기·연습형, 창의·융합형, 네 가지 평생학습 수업유형을 정의하 고 유형별 수업 전개 단계와 운영 전략을 제안하였다. 유형별 적용대표강좌의 온라인 수업을 각 2차시씩 시범운영한 결과, 강좌에 참여한 성인 학습자들의 수업 만족도는 매 우 높게 나타났으며, 참여 강사들은 기존의 교수학습 활동을 온라인 환경에서 재구성하 는 데 수업모형이 도움이 되었다고 평가하였다.
Case study on developing and applying the online instructional model of lifelong learning for adult learners in the era of COVID19
The purpose of this study was to develop an online instructional model for lifelong education program and to apply the model as a pilot to a course with actual group of adult learners at an lifelong education institution. Based on the design-based research approach, instructional design research team and the instructors of the lifelong education institution cooperated to carry out a practical process to apply the systematic instructional design model for the fall 2020 online course operation of the lifelong education institution where located in the central region of the country. In this study, four lifelong learning class types were defined, lecture/conversation type, creation/expression type, performance/practice type, and creativity/convergence type, then, instructional process and strategy for each type were suggested. As a result of conducting a pilot operation of online classes, the class satisfaction of adult learners who participated in the course was found to be very high. In addition, four instructors of the representative lifelong learning course evaluated that the online instructional model was helpful for reconstructing the existing classroom learning activities in an online environment.
