교육직 종사자들의 프로티언 경력태도와 지속적 학습활동, 경력적응력 간의 구조적 관계
본 연구는 포스트코로나시대에 교육환경의 급격한 변화아래 교육직 종사자의 프 로티언 경력태도와 지속적 학습활동, 경력적응력의 구조적 관계를 알아보고 이를 통 한 경력개발에 있어서 평생교육적 시사점을 제언하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 프로티언 경력 태도와 지속적 학습활동, 경력적응력 사이에 어떤 상관관계가 있는지를 살펴보 았다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울·경기에 분포되어 있는 교육 관련기관에서 온라인과 오프라인 수업을 병행하고 있는 교육직 종사자인 교사와 강사를 대상으로 243부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었으며 구조방정식 모델의 구조 관계 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 프로티언 경력 태도는 지속적 학습활동에 유 의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지속적 학습활동은 경력적응력에 유의 미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 프로티언 경력태도는 경력적응력에 유의 미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 프로티언 경력태도는 지속적 학습 활동을 통해 간접적으로 경력적응력에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 확인되 었다. 이러한 검증결과는 프로티언 경력태도와 경력적응력의 관계에서 지속적 학습 활동이 촉진적 역할을 하고 있음을 의미한다고 할 수 있다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕 으로 교육직 종사자들의 경력개발에 대한 평생교육적 시사점과 실천적 제안을 하였다.
The Structural relationship among Protean Career Attitude, Continuous Learning Activities and Career Adaptation Ability of education practitioners
The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship among The structural relationship among protean career attitude, continuous learning activities and career adaptation ability of post-corona era education practitioners. The research data were collected by 243 education practitioners, teachers and instructors who are teaching online and offline classes are used for analysis. The study results show the structural relationship is appropriate for the collected data. The data was analyzed for structural equation and findings of the study were as follows: First, the protean career attitude has a significant effect on continuous learning activities. Second, the continuous learning activities has a significant effect on career adaptation. Third, the protean career attitude has a significant effect on career adaptation ability. Fourth, the protean career attitude has a significant effect on career adaptation ability indirectly through continuous learning activities. Based on the above research results, lifelong education implications and practical suggestions for career development of education practitioners were presented.
