AI시대 적응을 위한 대학생의 미래창의융합역량 분석
본 연구는 AI시대에 대비하고 적응하기 위해서는 대학생들이 창의융합역량을 길러야 한다는 점에 초점을 두고, 대학생들의 창의융합역량인 창의역량과 융합역량 및 미래인 재특성인 자아개념, 창의적 리더십과 자기주도학습력 간의 관계를 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 서울 소재 S대학에서 교양과목으로 ‘자기주도학습력’, ‘창의융합인 재되기 3Code 전략’을 수강하는 학생 686명을 대상으로 조사를 하여, 그 데이터를 분석 하였다. 그 결과에 의하면, 본 연구에 참여한 대학생들의 창의능력은 신지식 및 가치창 출과 정적상관이 있었고, 창의성격은 통합적 사고능력과 정적상관이 있었다. 그리고 학 년, 성, 전공에 따라 창의융합역량에 차이가 있었다. 따라서 향후 대학에서 미래창의융 합역량을 계발하기 위한 교육과정 개발에 있어서 본 연구와 같이 학생들의 역량을 분 석한 결과를 반영할 수 있기를 기대한다.
An Analysis of Future Creative Confluent Capacity of University Students for Adaptation to the AI Age
This study focuses on the fact that college students should develop creative confluent competency in order to prepare and adapt to the AI age. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between creativity competence and confluent competence as the creative confluent competency, and self-concept, creative leadership, and self-directed learning ability as the characteristics of future talents. For this purpose, 686 students who took 'self-directed learning ability' and 'Creative Confluent Talent: 3 Code Strategy' as liberal arts subjects at S university in Seoul were surveyed and analyzed the data. According to the results of the study, the creative ability of university students who participated in this study had a positive correlation with new knowledge and value creation, and creative personality had a positive correlation with integrated thinking ability. Also, there was a difference in creativity confluent ability according to grade, gender, and major. Through these results, it is expected that the results of analyzing the students' competencies as in this study can be reflected in the development of curriculum for future creativity convergence competence in universities.
