인성개발의 관점에서 도산 안창호의 자아혁신론의 특징과 평생학습적 의미
본 연구의 목적은 인성개발의 관점에서 도산 안창호의 자아혁신론의 특징을 살펴보 고 평생학습적 의미를 탐색하는 데 있었다. 연구 결과, 도산의 자아혁신론은 ‘자아혁신 을 통한 인성개발론’임이 드러났고, 평생학습의 영역이며, 근본적으로 인간의 존재구조 와 자아체계를 통하여 근원적 입장에서 전체론적으로 접근하는 방법론임이 밝혀졌다. ‘본질론적 접근’ 차원에서 도산의 자아혁신을 통한 인성개발 개념도(槪念圖)를 도출하고 목표를 분석한 결과, 신체적 욕구, 심리적 욕구, 영성적 욕구를 골고루 만족시키는 목표 였고, Maurer 등(2023)의 인성개발 모형인 '성장을 통한 웰빙모형'의 기본개념을 변용ˑ 수용할 수 있음을 발견했다. ‘혁신의 토대’개념을 바탕으로 한 도산의 인성개발 모형은 결국 작은 성공을 축적하여 ‘혁신의 토대’가 강화됨으로써 더 큰 혁신을 이루어나가는 선순환 과정임이 드러났고, 이는 곧 참나와의 계합을 통해 이뤄지는 ‘평생학습’ 과정이 었다. 개발모형의 정당성은 도산의 성공이 증명했다. 도산은 인격완성, 독립역량의 구축, 존경받는 존재로 되었다.
Characteristics of Dosan Ahn Chang-ho's Self-Renewal Thesis from the Perspective of Character Development and its Significance for Lifelong Learning
The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of Dosan Ahn Chang-ho's self-renewal thesis from the perspective of character development and to explore the meaning of lifelong learning. As a result of the study, it was revealed that Dosan's self-renewal thesis is a 'character development theory through self-renewal', and it was fundamentally revealed to be a holistic approach from a fundamental standpoint through the structure of human existence and self-system. The result of analyzing the goal of Dosan's character development through self-renewal from the perspective of the 'essentialist approach' was to equally satisfy physical needs, psychological needs, and spiritual needs, and was similar to the 'well-being goal' mentioned by Maurer et al. (2023). Dosan's character development model based on the concept of 'foundation for self-renewal' was ultimately revealed to be a virtuous cycle process that achieves greater renewal by accumulating small successes and strengthening the 'foundation for self-renewal', which was the process of uniting with the true self. The legitimacy of the development model was proven by Dosan's success.
